Ty toti\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inou registry nezkoumaj\u00ed. Nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka je hodn\u011b podobn\u00e1 t\u00e9 oby\u010dejn\u00e9, s velk\u00fdm rozd\u00edlem v tom, \u017ee m\u00e1 splniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro p\u016fj\u010den\u00ed pen\u011bz. Prost\u011b nen\u00ed v posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed bonity tak p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1. Bonita, tedy bonita \u017eadatele, je vlastn\u011b \u010desk\u00fd ekvivalent pro anglick\u00fd bankovn\u00ed v\u00fdraz credit worthiness. Pokud se obejdeme bez slo\u017eitost\u00ed, jde o to, zda na to m\u00e1te, tedy na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky a zda jste d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00fd a ochotn\u00fd spl\u00e1cet. Banky k tomu p\u0159istupuj\u00ed dle sv\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, z\u00e1konem nic takov\u00e9ho nen\u00ed ustanoveno, a tud\u00ed\u017e je toto zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed u ka\u017ed\u00e9 banky jin\u00e9. U nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti je tam ur\u010dit\u00e1 benevolence, tak\u017ee pokud jste m\u011bli n\u011bjak\u00fd proh\u0159e\u0161ek, tyto spole\u010dnosti to nezaj\u00edm\u00e1. Respektive, neberou na to ohled. Vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky je t\u00edm tedy tak\u00e9 o hodn\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed. Co\u017e je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jist\u011b velik\u00e9 plus.
